"Stamp Unto Others" Shoebox Swap

Talk about a FUN Saturday morning! What could be more fun than stamping with a bunch of fellow demonstrators who just happen to be some really great friends! and they are all so talented! We came away from Darla's with some really good swaps! The first one here is Lori's. Love the new in-colors!

This one is Darla's. She is our super upline. I am always anxious to see hers because she says she gets her best ideas while she is sleeping! I wish I could do that. Love this one, and I just got this set! I feel a CASE coming on!
This one is Shannon's. Love this too, and I just got this embossing folder, so it's going to be seen at my next workshop. You betcha! Great workshop card.

Teresa's card. She used the Top Note Die, cut one out then turned it around and cut it again. Pretty neat. Love the color combo!
This pair of cute little 3 x 3 cards belong to Kelly. She couldn't make it Friday night, but sent all the stuff for us to make this set. Love the way she did the ribbon!
This one is Teri's card. I love this set! Great card and she was such a sweetie for having those little bird houses cut out ahead of time for us. ( I think she knew I would whine about it) Right Teri? Love the sponging we did on this one.
And this one is mine. This was kinda a mixed case from two cards I saw in the SCS gallery. I love how you can use the Circus Circles to add spots to the Giraffe. Too fun! ... I am so glad I belong to such a fun group of gals. I always feel so energized after we've got together. Thanks for the great time ladies!

Razzleberry Lemonade Tin!

Ok, so this is my new FAVORITE DSP from Stampin' Up! It is so pretty. You've got to get some of this, I'm telling you it's gorgeous! There is such a variety in the pack I just love it! and the new incolor Polka Dot Ribbon is a must too! I added a Summer Sun Button Brad, some parts from the Pretties Kit, the Define Your Life Stamp punched out using the Large Oval Punch and the Scallop Oval to back it on. I'm thinking this one is going to have to stay with me!!! not giving it away, nope!

Red, White, & Blue Star Box

This is one of the table centerpieces some ladies and I made for our church family picnic next month. Of course we used nothing but the best supplies from Stampin' Up!
We used the Small Star Punch...
and the Large Star Punch.

We made this cute star box and you can find the tutorial here:

Star Box.

I used Stampin' Ups Paper Cutter and a Bone Folder instead of the Score Pal and it worked just fine.

Card stock we used: Real Red, Night Of Navy, Whisper White, and Jackpot DS Paper.

The box uses a 8 1/2" x 10 1/2" piece of card stock for the base, some scoring, folding, Mono Glue and Sticky Strip and you've got yourself a Star Box! Other non Stampin' Up items used were silver onion grass, red paper shred and wooden sticks.

I am so looking forward to the Family Picnic this year. We are going to have a parade and each family is to decorate a small red wagon as their float! Hey, thanks for stopping by and come back and we'll Stamp a Little Longer!

LOVE FUN FOAM!!! What can you do with it?!?

Ok, this is my new addiction for this week! Altered Flip Flops! So much fun to make!
Super quick and easy. The purple pair I altered for my hostesses little girl who just happens to love butterflies and of course pink and purple.

Then I had to make me a chocolate pair!!! Love the daisy die!!!
Love the BIG SHOT!!!
I demo'd how to make these at the work shop and gave them away as a door prize. They were really cute Lime Green with a white daisy and a yellow center.
Love it!
Here is a card I had them make using the daisy die after showing the flip flops. I got my idea from the card I made for our last blog hop on Stampin' Addicts. I sold one of each of the dies at the workshop that I demo'd!!!

Say It With Scallops #111678
$17.95 Set of 4

Pretties Thank You Card
Supplies include: Basic Black Ink, Basic Black, Real Red, Summer Sun, Whisper White card stock and Pink Flamingo DS Paper. Punches: 3/4" Circle and Square Scallop Punches. A Large Prettie from the Pretties Kit. As you can see I stamped the image in black on white and then cute the square out and stamp the image again with black on red and punched that out and layered. Very simple card to make.
Congrats Card.
Here I wanted to show that you don't just have to use the square scallop punch with this stamp set. I used the 1 3/4" Circle Punch to Punch out my image and layered it on a scallop circle I die cut using the Big Shot and the Banner Die. I also used one of the Textured Plates and the BS to give the red paper some depth. I used Real Red Ink and paper, Black card stock, Striped Red Ribbon, and both sizes of Star Punches. Again, another easy card to make. Love Stampin' Ups Punches!
Pink Flamingo Small Comp. Book w/Matching Pen
This is just a little comb book that I altered, using of course the Hi Stamp, Pink Flamingo DSP, Whisper White, and Tempting Turquoise card stock, Square Scallop Punch, Colored Brads, Scallop Edge Punch, and Real Red Striped Ribbon.
Puffy Box and Tag
This is my last project. A cute little puffy box which is made by using a cd for a template and a little tag using the For You Stamp. Say It With Scallops is a great little set for making quick and easy tags. Again I used the Pink Flamingo DSP, Cameo Coral Ink and Tempting Turquoise Grosgrain Ribbon. Check back next week if you'd like a link to the directions for the box. Now for some BLOG CANDY! Leave me a comment for a chance to win a Hostess Stamp Set Level 1 named Darling Dots. (You must have a United States address to win the candy) I hope you've enjoyed your visit here at port of call #34. Please come back after the tour is over for more information on these projects. Your next port of call is #1 with Yapha. Enjoy the rest of your trip!

Hostess Tin

I am so proud of myself for already having my hostess gift made for my workshop next week! It is raining today, so it's a perfect day to play with my SU stuff. I used the Bella Rose DSP for this one, added some pretties that I dyed with Riding Hood Red ink, a little pearl, the Big Shot and some Alphabet Dies, the Leaf Sizzlet Die, Kiwi Kiss Striped Ribbon, Kiwi Kiss / Vanilla Stain Ribbon, Riding Hood Red Taffetia Ribbon and some chipboard. Oops forgot about the tag I made using the Great Friend set. I really like the way this tin turned out. I'm working on some book marks using the Crystal Effects and some of the Silver Hodgepodge, check back tomorrow and we'll see how that turned out. Catch you later!

This One's For Addi!

Ok, finally got my other great niece's scrapbook done of the fun day at my mom's. I did the inside like Ella's but added small flowers to the tabs on this one. Directions can be found a couple of post down. We are almost done with corn, just one field to go! still have 2/3 thirds of the beans to plant but hey we are not complaining, especially since it's suppose to rain all this week! We're getting pretty tired and grouchy right about now! So I'v been doing lot's of stamping to keep me sane in between runs to the fields. Have a great week! Oh stay tuned this coming week-end Stampin' Addicts will be doing another Blog Hop. So check back later for details.

I'm Back with the Mini Album to Match!

I made a mini album using the SU clear envelopes. A big THANK YOU to Shannon who had some I could borrow. I swear I've got some of those envys somewhere, oh well. This is what the inside looks like. It's a super easy little album to make so...
Of course I had to make one for Grandma "Boots" too. Hope she likes it!
Here is the tin, album and a little jar that I'm going to put some little hair bows and ribbons in. I've got some hooded towels and socks in the tin and some diapers to through in for a great gift combo. So what do you think? I've got to get some more of this Sweet Always paper, seems like I find myself using it all the time. Have a great day, I'm off to run some seed corn to the field. We are in the fields again. Yeah!!! (at least until it starts raining.)

Sweet Always Altered Tin for Baby

More SU Designer Paper that I LOVE! I hadn't altered one of these lunch box tins in awhile and then I saw the one that Jenn did on her blog, Stamp Your Heart Out made into a baby tin that was super cute, she put some little socks and other things in it, and I thought I gotta make one of those, and I needed a little something extra for a new mom and she gave me just the idea I needed! Seriously check out her blog, she is one talented lady! I used a tin I got from Oriental Trading. These tins are a little wider than the others I have used and are also shinny so you don't have to finish of the top. I'm so glad this paper is staying around for awhile because it's one of my favorites. I think I need to make a little scrapbook to match. I'll be back.

Butterflies in Flight!

Here is a very quick and pretty card to use for a workshop make and take, (if you don't make it into a spiral card as I did in the second picture.) I CASE'd this card from Kari over at SCS here: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/1344500?cat=fav What a wonderful card. You can go so many directions with this. Different colors, a flower in the circle instead of the butterfly. This card uses one of my favorite stamp sets Flight of the Butterfly and two of my favorite colors, Regal Rose and Chocolate Chip!
I decided to turn Kari's card into a spiral card. What do you think? Makes a great one doesn't it! I got to start working on my stuff for the next Stampin' Addicts Blog Hop. We will be featuring retiring SU sets and the one I have chose is Say It With Scallops. If you haven't checked out all the retiring stuff from SU be sure and do so. You can find it through my demo site, just click on the catty and it will take you to it. That's all for today, thanks for stopping by!
