Mini Occasions Blog Hop Stop #16

Hello and welcome to stop #16 of Stampin' Addicts Occasions Blog Hop. If you have been following along with the Hop you have just come from Stop #15 Jennifer's blog sunflowerstamper.com where she featured the stamp set "Bold Blossom" with which she did a beautiful job. The stamp set I will be featuring is called "Eat Chocolate". There are 24 stops on the hop, so find some chocolate and sit back and enjoy. The first photo is a group shot of the projects I chose to make using the stamp set "Eat Chocolate" a very fun set for us chocolate lovers.
Love this card however I'm kinda rethinking her pants. lol Here's the products I used in making this card were "Tote-ally Tess", Elegant Soiree DSP, Baja Breeze, Very Vanilla, Soft Suede CS, Black Staz-on, SU Markers and some of our tiny little pearls for the buttons on her top.
This is the inside view of the notepad and (chocolate stash) holder. The notepad holders are so simple and fun to make using SU's empty Clear Mount Cases.
My last project is a simple stack of candy bars wrapped in the DSP and Marina Mist ribbon, and a tag and you have a great little gift to give a friend. I hope you've enjoyed your stop with me, now it's time to hop on over Stop #17 Jennifer's Blog Stampin' On The Fly where she is featuring 3 different new products, "Say It Simple", Framed Tulips Impressions Folder, and Beveled Window Panes. She has done a beautiful job showcasing them. I love that new embossing folder!!! Thanks for stopping by and come back so we can "Stamp a Little Longer". Oh and Happy New Year!

More Greeting Card Kids...

I have really fallin' in love with this set my mom bought to do her Christmas cards with.
I hope everyone had a great Christmas. I came down with step throat last Tuesday and couldn't get in to see a doctor till Thursday. Thought I was gonna die before that! Can't believe how much meds in your system for 24 hours can make you feel so much better. So by Christmas Eve I was ready to go to my mom's for Christmas and Christmas Day was packed also. Of course Sunday I paid for it with a cold and slept about all day, but it was worth it to be with family. ( : I hope you all had a blessed Christmas. The next of Round of U-Stamp begins this week-end and I'm busy finishing up my project. Hope you can join us. It will be projects using a 12X 12 piece of cardstock, should be a lot of fun!

Altered Blocks

This is a set of blocks I picked up a couple of months ago on clearance for $4.75 marked down from $18.00. Just the right size for... doing this! I think my project turned out pretty good. This is going to be my present for our Ladies Fellowship Christmas party. We usually try to make something or alter something and then you wrap it and put a scripture verse on the outside to give a clue as to what the gift is. Now all I have to do is wrap it and find my verse. Really excited about having mine done already!!! Sheri if you check out my blog before tomorrow night.. Shhhhhdon't tell anyone. ( :

I'm Addicted to This Set...

A tag I made using "Greeting Card Kids" and Jolly Holiday DSP along with Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive.
Mom's Christmas card for this year using "Greeting Card Kids" The Music Paper from Newspaper Prints DSP, Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive Cardstock.
Here it is in Bashful Blue and Marina Mist. Some of us got together Sunday and work on our Christmas cards. My mom had purchased this set "Greeting Card Kids" to make her cards this year with. She decided to go with the Cherry Cobbler and Old Olive. There are so many great samples using this set on Stampin' Connnection. Thanks to everyone for all their inspiration.

U-Stamp Year End Blow Out!

So are you ready for another one! This round is going to be a lot of fun. Designers have to come up with ideas using a 12 x 12 piece of cardstock as their base. And I get to be a guest designer again! Yepee! So excited and up for the challenge. We'll be focusing on items featured in the new Occasions Mini and the SAB Flyer!!! I'll be giving away another U-Stamp pass to one lucky person.

Here's how it goes this time...
The free pass give away has a 'twist' this time around. As a designer I will be looking for a project that I have found on a blog, or a different stamp site. I will then let that person know how much I love their work and give them a FREE pass! It has to be someone I have never met!! So get BLOGGING.

So if you've checked out my blog and you've never left a comment, now's the time to do so, as I just might pop on over to your blog to see what YOU are up to!!

Oh one more thing, early bird pricing ends end 2 days! $19.95!!!

CASE Penguin Card

I fell in love with this card when I saw it on Stampin' Connection and the original card belongs to Julie Davidson and you can view her blog here. She has some wonderful ideas and even how to make a reindeer out of the owl punch! I love the owl punch! Have a good day everyone!
