Stampin Friends October Blog Hop

Welcome to the Stampin Friends October Blog Hop.  I am so happy to have you join us!  This months Hop theme is Thanksgiving / Thank You.  If you have been following the hop in order then you have just arrived from Cindy Waldroff's Blog.  You will continue to follow the hop by clicking on the next button at the bottom of this post and you will make a loop back to where you started.

This month we are excited to have 2 guest hoppers with us this month.  Be sure and check out their blogs and their wonderful creations.

I think Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays, along with the beautiful fall colors it's a time of year that I reflect on all my blessings and everything I am thankful for.  With that being said the project I chose to make was a 12 x 12 scrapbook page.
I used Stampin' Up! beautiful fall Specialty Designer Series Paper Petals and Paisleys for the background and trim.  The sentiment stamp Thankful, Grateful & Blessed from Paisleys and Posies was perfect for my Theme.

I used the top part of the stamp and then diecut the word Blessed using the Large Letter Framlits.  Adding a few diecut leaves from the Leaflet Framelits set finished the project off.  I am sure a picture of my triplet grandsons will be my choice for this special page.
For my matching card I kept with the same theme and background.
I love it when you leave comments - and if you leave a comment on or before October 23 you will be entered into the Mystery Giveaway  and who doesn't love FREE stuff!  Please comment with the #SFOctHop in your comment.
Thank you for stopping by and now it's time to hop on over to Lynn Streifert's Blog.
