3D Thursday - Gift Tins

Greeting crafty friends!  We are currently trying to dig out after about 14 inches of snow.  Thankful we didn't loss power.  Of course our grandsons have been having a wonderful time playing in it.  Ok, so onto this weeks super cute idea brought to us by guest designer Diane Lethbridge who turned some tin foil containers into adorable gift tins.
Diane used Stampin' Up Art Gallery Bundle to decorate her tins.
Here's a close up of the bigger tin and...
And smaller tin.  If you would like to make this great gift idea you can download the free PDF by clicking on the link below.

3D THURSDAY - MARIO MATCHBOOK TREAT HOLDER

This week was my turn at the designer's desk.  I alway enjoy the month of February because I love helping my grandsons, nieces and nephews create valentines for their classemates at school.  My grandson Reid is a huge Super Mario fan and loves all things Mario.  So of course we had to make a treat cover for some Mario Fun Dips.
We started with Real Red for the basic matchbook then added some Pacific Point overalls with Daffodil Delight buttons.  The version that I helped Reid make is a bit simpler and I'll show you that at the end of my post.
As you can see when you open it up the treat is attached to the inside.  Here's a safety tip...When stapling your treat, staple from the back to the front that way you can cover the sharp part of the staple ends with your tag.
Sponging with inks and adding a little black high to the buttons always makes a project POP more.  If you would like a FREE printable project sheet just click on the link below.
Reid was all smiles putting his Mario valentines together for his classmates at school.
Here's the easier version.  No extra overall straps, no sponging, or highlights to buttons.  But super kid friendly to make.  I hope you've enjoyed my project this week.
Crafty Hugs!
Happy Valentine's Day!

Free 3D Thursday- Art Gallery Wall Hanging

This weeks Free 3D Thursday project was created by teammate Debbie Henderson from over at Debbie's Designs.  Debbie created a beautiful and stunning little wall art project.  Lets check it out.
Debbie created her project using the stamp sets Art Gallery and the Floating and Fluttering Bundle and a few other sets.
Using the In Good Taste Designer Series Paper as a background gives the piece the illusion that it is actually attach to real wood.  I'm so excited about this little work of art.  If you'd like to recreate this project just click on the link below for FREE Project Directions.

3D THURSDAY - MINI VALENTINE'S TAG ALBUM

Hello crafty friends!  I've got a super sweet little project for you to recreate this week.  Teammate Sarah Wills from over at Sarah's Ink Spot designed a super cute little Tag Album that you can add pictures or notes too.
Lets check it out!
Isn't it so cute!  Sarah created her little tag album using the Sweet Little Valentine's Cards & More Kit and The Little Loves Add-On Kit.
Here are the pages (tags) she made.
So cute!
Decorate them as you see fit.  Stack them and punch a hole in upper right hand corner and slip a bookring through all of them to complete your album.
I love that little snail.
Add a little ribbon to the ring and you are done!  Now the exciting part!  Free directions can be found by clinking on the link below.  I hope you will enjoy making one of these little albums. If you need to order supplies just head over to my online store.  Crafty hugs!

3D Thursday - 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper Gift Bag

Hey, my crafty friends!  This week I'm in the team designer seat.  The are so many pretty DSPs right now in our Stamping Up! lineup right now that I just had to use some for my project.  Remember that we always include FREE Tutorials for our projects at the end of our blog post.
OK! On to my project!
I created an adorable little Chistmas gift bag using just 2 pieces of the DSP Tis The Season and some scraps of coordinating cardstock.
I used stamp sets Wrapped In Christmas  and Warm Hugs.  Adding a Glitter Star Ornament and some Metallic Mesh Ribbon finishes it off nicely.
Add a piece of tissue paper to the bag and it is gift ready.
The overall measurements of the gift bag is 3" x 4" x 1 1/2".  As promised just click on the link below for FREE directions.  I'd love to hear what you think of my project.
