Stampin' Addicts New Catalog Blog Hop!

Hello and welcome to Stop #1 on the Stampin' Addicts New Catalog Blog Hop.  There are 13 Stops along the hop and each stop connects to the one before and after so no matter where you begin you can complete the whole circle.  If you have arrived from Paula's Blog you have just been treated to her wonderful creations using the stamp set Moving Forward which is Stampin' Ups Ronald McDonald set this year.  Didn't she do a super job!  Ok so let's get "hopping"!  The stamp set I chose to focus on is Chock-Full Of Cheer, a very fun and cheerful Christmas set.
For my first card I chose to use the ornament stamp from the set and added it to the branch from the Betsy's Blossoms stamp set.  I love Christmas cards done on Crumb Cake, don't know why, just do.
Stamp Sets: Chock-Full Of Cheer, Betsy's Blossoms
Cardstock: Crumb Cake, Gumball Green, Very Vanilla
Inks: Cherry Cobbler, Gumball Green
DSP: Be Of Good Cheer
Punches: 1 3/4" Circle, Scallop Trim Boarder
Other: Cherry Cobbler Baker's Twine, 3/8" Gumball Green Stitched Satin Ribbon, Dimensionals, Glue Dot, Adhesive, Paper Snips

For my second card I chose to make a smaller size note card. The finished size is 5" x 3 1/2".  I am so in love with the new Gumball Green color! Oh my! Love it!
For this card I stamp and punched our three of the ornaments and glued them together for a 3-D look.  I added a Cherry Cobbler Seambinding Bow to the top with a glue dot.
My last project is a little 3-D Project made with the Petite Pocket Die and Big Shot.  I used the same colors as in the other projects along with the following punches.
Punches: Snowflake, 1 3/8" Circle, 1 1/4" Circle.
BLOG CANDY ALERT!!!  I will be giving away the projects I made for the Hop.  So if you'd like to get your hands on the projects I made, please leave me a comment along with your e-mail or blog address so I can reach you if you are the winner.  And now it's time to Hop on over to Kim's Blog and see the wonderful creations she has come up with using the set For the Birds.  Have a great Hop everyone!

Baby Boys Everywhere!

Our daughter is pregant with triplets and they are all boys!  I made this card for her baby shower.
List of what I used:
Cardstock: Bashful Blue, Whisper White. Chocolate Chip
DSP: Retired Bashful Blue
Stampin' Up! Marker: Chocolate Chip
Big Shot and Scallop Circle #2 Die (retired), Suare Lattice Folder
Punches: Word Window, 1" & 3/4" Circle, 1/4" Circle (retired for curls), Bird Builder (for handle),

Ginny's friend is also pregant with a little boy so I made this card for her.  I used the 1" Circle punch for his head and the Circle punch from Itty Bitty Shapes Punche Pack for his curl.  We also have another friend who is pregant with twin boys and is due the same time as my daughter.  We need some GIRLS! lol
But we are very happy with what God is about to bless us with truly.  Have a great day stampers!

My Daughter is Having Triplets! WoHOo!

I finally completed and printed off a project using MDS and you know what it wasn't that hard at all and it was really fun. My daughter is pregnant with triplets so this is her shower invite we came up with, plus since she has one more shower it was very easy to just change the info and print out more.  We are all going to be super busy taking care of these babies, please let me know if you'd like to come over and help out during a feeding. lol:)

Marissa's High School Memory Box

When my cousin Becky called and ask if I would do a memory box for her daughter's HS gradiation I was very happy to put together this box for her.  I have done smaller boxes with just the announcement and picture but never anything this big.  I attached velcro to the back of the Letter and to the paper behind so it could easily be taken of.  I used two announcments, one I kept complete the other I cut up as shown.  I attached the medals by poking two little holes on each side of one of the loops at the top of the medal and running a little wire from back to front to back then twisting it together.  Then I taped down the ribbon on the back side.  I love how it turned out and so did she.
