3 x 3 wooden box I altered with the DSP paper and a cute little ornament to go inside. I used the Kiwi Kiss reinker and some white acrylic paint to paint the box before I altered it with the DSP.
Another shot of the little box I altered.
Hey there bloggers, I am so sorry about being gone for so long. Yes I did get my Christmas cards done, all 87 of them! Since I last posted, Christmas, New Years and a Birthday of mine have all gone by. Notice how I slipped that last one in there. We have been doing inventory in little shop I work at (part time) in Palestine, IL for the last week and a half. We still count it all be hand, Willow Tree Angels, Boyd's Bears, Cherished Teddies and other little knick knackie things and I am soooo glad we are DONE!!!Now I've got time to get back to the important things like blogging and STAMPIN'!!! and I got a new Kodak EasyShare Camera for Christmas so please have patience with me while I'm figuring it out. But I love it! Now if I can just get DH to buy me a new printer/scanner/fax I'll be set. Catch you later!

Hey
These are fantastic. I especially love the altered box. Absolutely gorgeous. Its amazing how something so simple as covering a box with paper can be so striking! Great start to the New Year!

I love these! I never had any Hawaiian Papaya paper- I didn't realize it was so gorgeous. Like Jaz, I really like the box the best. So, ya had a birthday in there huh? Yours? I have a friend who was born on Kwanzaa (Dec. 26th)- her birthday sorta gets overlooked-poor thing. TFS!
I turned 47 last November- ain't life grand?;)
Hi Twila,
Nice job showing off the cards from our party! I'm glad you had a good time! We should do that again sometime!
Your blog is looking great!
Take care

I like them all(the cards)too. You are lucky to have such a talented group to stamp with. And I love your box! I have a cabinet full of stuff i need to stick dsp to. I better get busy!
What a fantastic little gift set. I had not really seen that paper IRL before, the catalog really doesnt do it justice, I never thought that it was pretty paper before but you have sure swayed me in the complete opposite direction!
