3D Thursday Blog Hop - Altered Stampin' Up! Pizza Boxes

Surprise!  Since May has 5 Thursdays in it, that means an extra week of craftiness for you!   Our 3D Thursday Team has prepared a fun little Blog Hop featuring Stampin' Up!s Mini Pizza Boxes.  The four of us each have come up with a different way to decorate or alter the boxes.  (Jenn was unable to hop with us, so there are 3 stops.)  We have included dimensions, products and tools used so you can recreate each one.
So on with my project.
C is for Cookie!
I chose a Cookie Monster Theme for my box.
This box would be just as cute without the added hand with cookie, but I wanted to add a bit more to my basic Cookie Monster.  The hand worked out just as I had envisioned.  I added a mini velcro dot to hold the hand w/cookie to the box.
The boxes are food safe with nice slick insides.  However, I decided to put my cookies in a small cello bag before placing it inside my box.
Using the "Seaside" Embossing Folder, I thought gave a little texture to Cookie Monster.  After running my cardstock through the Big Shot with the folder, I used the backside emboss of the paper, that way the emboss didn't stick out and was more subtle.  I love how the Velcro dot gives dimension and depth to his hand.
Thanks for visiting today and I hope I have inspired you to think "outside" the box.  Debbie Henderson over at Debbie's Designs is your next stop. Make sure you finish out the hop to see all of the creativity.  Click on the NEXT button below to visit Debbie.
