A Fun Birthday Card "Happy 21!"

 My great niece just turned 21 last week, and since "21" is a special birthday, I wanted her card to be special too. I rolled up a $20 and a $1 tight to look like candles and used a flower leaf punch for the flame. 

Here's the details on the pieces to make the card.

Card base: Basic White 8 1/1" x 5 1/2". Score at 4 1/4' on the long side.

Base Layer: Peaceful Pine 4" x 5 1/8"

Velvet Meadow DSP: 2 5/8" x 5"

Berry Bliss embossed with the Lazy Daisy 3D Emboss Folder: 1" x 5"

Stamp Set: Exciting Times Paired with the Rounded Rectangle Punch
