3D Thursday - A Little Cake

Hi everyone!  So happy to have you stop by today.  I've got a fun little project for you today.
Today is my turn to share a project for the 3D Thursday design team.  I altered a little battery operated tealight into a fun little Birthday Cake and made a matching box to make gift giving a little more special.
These little tealights are so fun to decorate and make into little cakes.  What a fun little gift to give as well as inexpensive.
I used the Garden Trellis Emboss Folder along with the Big Shot to add texture to the side of my little cake.  The little Bermuda Bay Flowers are punched out using the little Tree Builder punch and the little Flower Punch found on it.  I added a platter at the bottom using Peakaboo Peach cardstock.
I've also added directions in the FREE printable Project Sheet found below for this adorable matching cake box so you have the perfect package to give your one of a kind cake in.  The all new Picture Perfect Party 6" x 6" DSP allows for a fun finish to the box.  I do hope you have fun making and creating your own little cake and box.
Have a Crafty day!

3D Thursday - Sliding Door Easter Treat Box

Hello and welcome to 3D Thursday!  We have a real "treat" for you today.  A super cute Treat Box!
This week's design team member Debbie Henderson over at Debbie's Designs has created the cutest box ever!   If you are joining us today then you know that every Thursday one of our team creates a fun 3D Project to post on all our blogs with a FREE downloadable and printable PDF!  I'm so excited about this one.  Can you tell?  lol
Seriously is this not the cutest little treat box!  Debbie used the stamp set Barn Door and matching framelits Sliding Door to create this one of a kind treat box for Easter.
You can slide the little door back and forth to reveal either the Happy Easter Saying or view the chocolate eggs through a clear little window.  Debbie used the new Designer Series Paper caller Sweet Soiree Specialty for the front of her box.  The pretty Marina Mist cardstock makes a great background for a spring time box.  Don't you just love the little door hanging deco she added to finish off the little box.  If you would like directions to the cute box then please click on the link below for a FREE Project Sheet.

Love It, Live It, Share It with My Inky Friends Blog Hop

Hello! and welcome to My Inky Friends Love It, Love It, Share It Blog Hop featuring items from the new Stampin' Up! Occasions Catalog.
This Hop will run for 3 days beginning Friday, Feb. 9th and running through Sunday, Feb 11th.  We have added permalinks incase you are finding this post after those dates which will allow you to still hop around.  If you are following the hop in order then you have just arrived from Rhonda's Blog where she featured the stamp set Cake Soiree.  What a lovely job she did showcasing this new set.  If you decide you want to go back and take another look at her creations all you need do is click on the previous button and it will take you back.
The stamp set I chose to feature was a fun set called A Good Day.  I think this set has a lot of possibilities, and it's also just a set that makes me happy when I look at it.  In face it was the first set I wrote down on my list from the new Occasions catalog.
Let's get started...
Oh the little bunny stamp...makes such a cute baby card or could be an Easter card as well.  The sentement stamp is from the stamp set Better Together.
There are also 2 new Scallop Punches in the new Occasions catalog that pair well with this stamp set.  I used the 1 3/8" Scallop for this card along with the 1 1/4" Circle Punch.
My next project is a Twisted Easel Card that lays flat for mailing.  What a great little calendar card this stamp set help make up.  Some of you may have already viewed this card on our demo facebook page.  I made my downline these as little presenst.
And here is my last project.  Fun little Sixlet Holders.  Since Valentine's Day is right around the corner I made one for it and also a Just Because one.  The sentiment for the Valentine's one is from the stamp set Ready to Pop.  Here's the link to the How To Video.  So that's my projects.  I hope you've enjoyed viewing them as much as I did creating them.  Now it's time to hop on over to Sharleen's Blog and check out her beautiful creations using the stamp set Petal Palette.
Happy Crafting everyone!

3D Thursday - Mini Carton Gift Box

Hello, and welcome to another 3D Thursday project with a FREE printable PDF!
Today's project is brought to you by the very talented Sarah Wills from our design team.  Sarah has created a super cute little Mini Carton Gift Box.
I am in love with this super cute little treat box.  Sarah was able to make this little box using just one 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of Basic Gray cardstock.
The little apron on the front is cut out using the framelits set called Apron Builder and does have a matching stamp set by the name of Apron of Love.
It's the little details such as the cute little baking utensils and handstamped oven mitt that completes this cute little gift box to make it a Wow! in my book.
This would make such a cute gift for mom or a friend who loves to bake.
Want to make one of your own?  Well then here you go!  Just click on the link below to download a FREE project sheet.
Happy Crafting!
