I love how bright and cheery this project is. Amanda used the Merry Bold And Bright DSP (161945) for her project. I'm in love with this DSP it can be used for more than just Christmas. She paired it with the Heartfelt Hexagon Bundle (162889). This adorable project goes together in no time at all.

3D Thursday - Guest Designer Week

It's Guest Designer week here at 3D Thursday and we are featuring a super cute project made by Sherri Everett Bishop.  Sherri created a pretty little Mug Treat Holder featuring our Ornate Garden Suite of products.

I love all the layers she added to the front of the project and when you untie the bow...

Ta Da! a nice little pocket for a treat.  Now the treat that Sherri created her project around is one of the self serving size mixes that bakes up in a mug in the microwave.  How fun is that!  What a great little personal gift to give maybe to a friend or a teacher?

3D Thursday Throwback - A Little Cake

Hello, to all on this yet another wet, soggy day in Southern Illinois!  This week is Throwback Thursday so looking back through my projects I though a little cake sounded good this week.  I created a little Birthday Cake using a Tea Light.  A link to FREE directions can be found at the bottom of my post.  Be sure and check that out!

These little tealights are so fun to decorate and make into little cakes.  What a fun way to celebrate someone's special day.

It looks good enough to eat doesn't it.  And when you emboss the cardstock strip that you add around the candle it makes it look even more real.
