3D Thursday - Pinwheel Tower Calendar

Happy Thursday crafting friends! This week was my turn at the craft table! I crafted up a fun Pinwheel Tower Calendar using the Cute As A Bug Designer Series Paper (166994) ...

along with Mossy Meadow Cardstock (133676) for the base.
Here's a few from the top. I added a few sayings held together with a  mini binder clip for a bit more fun.
I used the Sweet Bugs Dies (167001) to cute out some bugs from the DSP.
I purchased the (tear off) calendar from Vippies.com, The calendar is the large one and measures a short 3" x 2 1/4".
and the last page.
The ants die cut are so stinkin cute!
The calendar does lay flat for gift giving or mailing.

3D Thursday - Simple Desk Calendar

Welcome back crafty friends to another week of 3D Thursday.  This week was my turn at the designer's desk.  I crafted up a fun and simple little desk calendar that can be given as a gift and can be sent in the mail in one of our regular envelopes.

The base of the calendar is a 4 1/4" x 11" piece of cardstock. So a regular 8 1/2" x 11" piece will make two. The Designer Series Paper I used for this project was Hues Of Happiness pairs nicely with the Night of Navy Cardstock.

A few simple scores in the cardstock and it stands up nicely. This little project also makes a great craft fair item.

The saying from the stamp set Dragonfly Garden makes a great saying for the calendar.  I buy my calendars from Vippies.com. If you would like to recreate this project just click on the link below to print off the Free Project Sheet. I'm also giving away one of these desk top calendars so leave me a comment and I will use a random generator to pick a winner.

3D Thursday - Tower Desktop Calendar

Hi crafty friends!  This week I have another fun calendar project for you!  Teammate Debbie Henderson from over at  Debbie's Designs has created a beautiful Dragonfly Tower Desktop Calendar for us.  Let's take a look.

Debbie designed one of these for a Facebook live she did awhile back but this one has different dimensions so she could use our new and upcoming Slim Card Dies #157965, available on January 4th.

The Cardstock Debbie chose for her project, Fresh Freesia #155613, Smocky Slate #131202, Thick White #159229, and the Silver Foil Specialty Pack #156457.  The adorable little dragonflies were punch out using our Dragonfly Punch #154240.

One more top view.  The calendar Debbie used was purchased from Vippies.com.  I love their calendars and highly recommend them.  Debbie used the large size on her project.  Just click the link below to print off the Free Project Sheet.
Merry Christmas to you all!

3D Thursday - Calendar Easel Card with Drawer

Good morning crafty friends!  Welcome to this week's 3D Thursday Project created by teammate Darla Watson.   You can find more of Darla's craftiness over at her blog Scrap Happens Here with Darla .

Darla created an adorable and useful calendar card with a drawer to stand it on.  This DSP is a sneak peak of the new Salebration paper called Daffodil Afternoon and will be available in FREE in January with a $50 order.

As you can see the card is separate from the drawer.  The color pallet is beautiful and soft with the base being Mint Macaron.

The Calendar Card can stand alone if you don't wish to make the drawer.  As an easel card it will lay flat and can be mailed easily in one of our regular size envelopes.   If you would like to recreate this project just click on the link below to print off the Free PDF.

3D Thursday - Mini Calendar Purse

Happy Thursday everyone!  Welcome to 3D Thursday.  This week it's my turn to get crafty in the craft room.  As the year is moving fast and it's already the middle of October, I've been thinking about different ways to make little calendars.  I came up with a cute little calendar purse that is also magnetic.  If you follow the post all the way through you will find the link to the FREE Project Sheet.
Here's my project.
This fun little project is fast and easy and would make for great little gifts.  I used the new Tufted Embossing Folder to give the Blueberry Bushel CS some shape for the body of the purse.  The handle was made using the Layer Oval Framelits.  I also used the Oval Framelits to cut out the purse flap from the 6" x 6" Garden Impression DSP.
Adding a strip magnet to the back means you can hang it on the side of your fridge...
Or you could also hang it from a handle or hook.
Adding an embellishment to the flap gives it a real purse appearance.  Calendars can be purchased at Vippies.  I hope you have enjoyed my project for the week.  Now for the FREE Project Directions.  Click on the link below to print them.  Have a crafty day!

3D Thursday - Clear CD Case Calendar

Hi there! and welcome to 3D Thursday.  Where every Thursday I post a project from one of our team along with a FREE PDF that can be printed off with instructions.  Today it's my turn.  I decided it was time for a project for the upcoming year.  What better project to make then, but a calendar.
I purchase some blank CD Holders a few years ago so I dug one out and decided to use it for this fun project.  I purchased my calendars from Vippies.  The more you buy the more you save.  What I love about these calendars is the Holidays and Sundays are highlighted in Red and also they have adhesive already on the back.  They do cost a little bit more but for me it's worth it.
For my color pallet I went with the colors that accented the Designer Series Paper that I used called Petal Garden DSP Paper Stack.  Colors I chose were Calypso Coral, Old Olive, & Whisper White.
The saying is from one of our new stamp sets coming in January called Waterfront.  This calendar was so easy to create that I hope you will decide to make some as well.
Click on the link below to access the FREE printable Instruction Sheet.
Enjoy and thanks for stopping by!
Since it's almost Christmas let's give one of these away.  Please leave me a comment for a chance to win!  Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Merry Christmas!
