3D Thursday - Tower Desktop Calendar

Hi crafty friends!  This week I have another fun calendar project for you!  Teammate Debbie Henderson from over at  Debbie's Designs has created a beautiful Dragonfly Tower Desktop Calendar for us.  Let's take a look.

Debbie designed one of these for a Facebook live she did awhile back but this one has different dimensions so she could use our new and upcoming Slim Card Dies #157965, available on January 4th.

The Cardstock Debbie chose for her project, Fresh Freesia #155613, Smocky Slate #131202, Thick White #159229, and the Silver Foil Specialty Pack #156457.  The adorable little dragonflies were punch out using our Dragonfly Punch #154240.

One more top view.  The calendar Debbie used was purchased from Vippies.com.  I love their calendars and highly recommend them.  Debbie used the large size on her project.  Just click the link below to print off the Free Project Sheet.
Merry Christmas to you all!

3D Thursday - Easy Hand Sanitizer Holder

I hope you all had a very Merry Christmas.  Yesterday's temps were in the mid 60's here in Southern Illinois which is kinda unusual for us.  It was a beautiful day!  This week's project was crafted up by me.  And since it has been a crazy week I went for something quick and easy.
A simply hand sanitizer holder which I crafted up using some of the beautiful new DSP called Peaceful Poppies from the new Occasions Catalog that goes live January 3rd.
This simply little holder just uses a 2" x 8 1/2" strip of Basic Black and a 1 3/4" x 6 1/2" strip of DSP.
The stamp set I used for my sentiment piece is called Label Me Pretty.  I made several of these little holders using some of our Christmas DSP and they turned out super cute as well.  Ok so are you ready to craft some of these quick and easy holders up?  Just click on the link below to print off FREE directions!  Have a crafty day!

3D Thursday - "A Little Note" Post-it Holder

Good morning!  So this week it was my turn to get crafty for the team.  I decided to make a project using our beautiful new Magnolia Lane DSP for my project material.  A pretty little Post-it Note holder is what I came up with.  Now if you would like to make one of these pretty little holders then you are in luck, as there is a link to FREE printable directions at the end of my post!
Here's a picture of the pretty little Post-it Note Holder and a matching pen. (as you need something to write with, correct?)
On the inside I added a medium calendar that I purchased from Vippies online store.  I love their calendars as the Holidays and Sundays are in Red.  Then my Post-it Note was added on the right side.  I used a piece of cardboard from some of SU's Specialty Papers for the base of my little Holder so it makes it nice and sturdy.  (I love recycling!)
Here is a picture of the back side opened up and the ink pen.  The RSVP inkpens by Pentel are so super easy and fun to alter!
One last picture of my project.  Besides the new Magnolia DSP, I used some new Petal Pink Organdy Striped Ribbon for my tie closure and 3/8" Scalloped Lace Trim for a little detail.  The sentiment "a little note" is from the stamp set Butterfly Gala.  Are you ready to get crafty!  Here's the link!

3D Thursday - Beautiful Tea Light Gift Box

Good morning!  It's Thursday and time for another crafty 3D project.  This week our design team member in the crafty seat is Debbie Henderson from over at Debbie's Designs.  Debbie lives in Maine has had over 10 feet of snow this winter.  Yikes!  I think she may be ready for Spring.  Debbie's project this week is a beautiful Tea Light and Match Holder.  Let's check it out.
Debbie has designed a great little gift for any occasion worthy of celebrating.  I can see the gift being given for just about any Occasion worthy of celebrating.  The sentiment stamp is from the stamp set Picture Perfect and is perfect for the gift topper.
I love how Debbie made her bow and attached all the pretty leaves under it to make a bouquet.  So pretty.
Here's an inside shot of the compartments that hold the candles and matches.  She cut a match strike strip from a regular matchbox and added to the front of her box.
One more look at Debbie's box.  The DSP if from the new Saleabaration offering now avaible with a $100 order.  Now for the fun stuff.  Below you will find a link to click on to download the PDF for FREE.  Have a Crafty day!

3D Thursday - Mini Calendar Purse

Happy Thursday everyone!  Welcome to 3D Thursday.  This week it's my turn to get crafty in the craft room.  As the year is moving fast and it's already the middle of October, I've been thinking about different ways to make little calendars.  I came up with a cute little calendar purse that is also magnetic.  If you follow the post all the way through you will find the link to the FREE Project Sheet.
Here's my project.
This fun little project is fast and easy and would make for great little gifts.  I used the new Tufted Embossing Folder to give the Blueberry Bushel CS some shape for the body of the purse.  The handle was made using the Layer Oval Framelits.  I also used the Oval Framelits to cut out the purse flap from the 6" x 6" Garden Impression DSP.
Adding a strip magnet to the back means you can hang it on the side of your fridge...
Or you could also hang it from a handle or hook.
Adding an embellishment to the flap gives it a real purse appearance.  Calendars can be purchased at Vippies.  I hope you have enjoyed my project for the week.  Now for the FREE Project Directions.  Click on the link below to print them.  Have a crafty day!

3D Thursday Free Project

Good morning!  It's time for another 3-D Thursday Project.  This week our featured designer is Debbie Henderson.  She has created a beautiful project using an acrylic photo frame.
Debbie created a Post It Note Holder by altering an acrylic frame.  Using the Daisy Delight stamp set, Delightful Daisy Designer Paper, and the new Daisy Punch makes this project a snap to make.
This would make a great little gift for someone special.
Here is the color pallet she chose to use for her project.
